The Paddle Out Out There The Paddle Back
The Bitches lie way out west...find the city of St Davids in Pembrokeshire and keep heading west until you see Ramsey Island.
From the central, Cross Square in St. Davids (which is in fact a triangle), take the bottom left hand road. Follow it around the twisty bends, left then right. Take the next right turn, signposted St. Justinian's, drive 50 metres and turn left before hitting the large stone wall. Follow this road without hesitation, deviation or repetition until you get to St. Justinian's. Follow the directions given for parking as these change regularly.
DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS TO THE LIFEBOAT STATION.
Ignore the line of the ferry route marked on OS maps - you probably won't make it!
